Terms & Conditions
The British Poker Series Christmas Tournament will run from Thursday 26 to Monday 30 December 2024
The schedule will be as follows:Day 1A will take place on Thursday 26th December
Day 1B will take place on Friday 27 December
Day 1C will take place on Saturday 28th December
Day 1D will take place on Sunday 29th December
Day 1 E will take place on Sunday 29th December (Fast)
Day 1F will take place on Monday 30th December (Turbo)
Day 2, the final will take place on Monday 30th December (Final).
Pre-registration will be available in the Cashdesk from Monday 16th December for all flights. Chip stacks will be in play from the start of each respective flight for pre-registered players, all pre-registered stacks put into play will include the early bird bonus.
The poker registration desk, in the Poker Lounge, will be open 1hr prior to the starting times of each Day1 flight for registration of that flight, late registration will close prior to commencement of level 13 for all flights. No registration is available for day 2
All entrants must pay the entrance fee of £150 (£125 buy-in and £25 registration) prior to the commencement of play.
Prior to the commencement of the tournament 25,000 starting stack of chips will be placed on the table for each paid entrant.
An early bird of 3,000 will be given to all players registered before the commencement of the tournament.
A starting stack of chips will be placed in a seat to accommodate late entrants (so all antes and blinds have been appropriately paid). Any unsold seat/s will have such a stack removed at the end of the rebuy period unless otherwise stated.
Unlimited re-entries will be permitted for the specified late registration period of the tournament but will be relocated to another table if possible. A re-entry will need to join an existing alternate list and is not seated as a re-buy. They will be seated as close to the big blind as possible if being seated manually, or seated randomly if such a system is in place (i.e. seating cards or a digital seating system).
All MG Poker Tournaments are governed by the Tournament Rules displayed in the Poker Room and are available on request.
Tournament Director’s decision is final.
Completed competition guarantees a £40,000 prize pool.
All prize money will be paid out to players in cash as per the pay-out structure available from the Poker Desk/communicated in the Card Room.
Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
Disregard or failure to meet any of any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
