Slots Club

The promotion will run from 1 to 30 November 2024 and is only open to Slots Club and ER Elite Card holders.
Slots Club and ER Elite members must present their membership card to the Cash Desk who will offer them a choice of one of four unmarked envelopes containing one of the following prizes: 2,500 Met Points, £50 Match Play, £25 Free Play, or £50 Free Play.
One Golden envelope can be claimed per person per week. A maximum of four Golden envelopes can be claimed during the promotional period.
Customer’s choice is final and no cash alternative available.
Met Points will be credited to the customer’s account within 24 hours.
Match Play winners must present £50 cash to Cash Desk in exchange for a £100 promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics only. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
Free Play winners will receive a promotional ticket for use on Slots or Electronics.
Promotional tickets are only valid for 24-hours from time of issue.
The promotional period is divided as follows: Week 1: 1 to 7 November, Week 2: 8 to 14 November, Week 3: 15 to 21 November, Week 4: 22 to 31 November.
Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of the Venue Management for resolution.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
