Ready, Steady... Scratch!

Scratch Cards:
1. The promotion will run from 04 November – 27 November 2024, Monday to Wednesday and is only open to Met Card holders.
2. Scratch cards are available from reception and cannot be issued retrospectively.
3. One scratch card per person per day with a maximum if 3 per gaming week.
3.1. Gaming weeks are: Week 1 04 – 10 November; Week 2 11 – 17 November; Week 3 18 -24 November; Week 4 24 – 01 December
4. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
5. Prizes are redeemed as follows:
5.1. Free drink to be redeemed at the Bar for one of the following: House beer, 125ml glass of house wine, single house spirit and mixer or soft drink.
5.2. Free play: the scratch card must be presented to the cash desk and not directly used on the tables. The voucher can be exchanged for either a non-negotiable chip/s to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics
5.3. Match play: the scratch card must be presented to the cash desk with the same value bet as detailed on the scratch card – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
5.4. Prize draw entries: the scratch card is to be presented to reception to be exchanged for a a prize draw ticket
5.6. Cash: the scratch card or winning prize draw ticked must be presented to the cash desk.
6. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
7. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
8. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
10. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.

Prize Draw:
1. The promotion will run from 04 November – 01 December 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders.
2. Prize draw entries: the scratch card is to be presented to reception where a prize draw ticket will be entered into the tombola.
3. Draws will take place on Sunday 10th, 17th and 24th November, and Sunday 1st December 2024 at 9pm
4. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
5. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
