Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion will run from 12 February to 3 March 2024 Sunday to Thursday between 3pm and 11pm and is only open to Met Card holders.
2. Met Card holders will be offered a pick from a selection of 12 chocolate boxes on arrival at Reception, limited to one pick per customer per day.
3. The selection of 12 chocolate boxes will each contain one of the following prizes: 4 x Prize Draw Entry, 3 x £5 Match Play, 2 x £5 Free Play, 2 x £10 Match Play, and 1 x £10 Free Play.
4. Prizes are redeemed as follows on the day won:
4.1 Prize draw entries to be placed in the tombola.
4.2 Match play to be placed as a single bet for one hand of Blackjack or an even chance bet on Roulette to the value detailed on the voucher received. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher in exchange for a promotional ticket. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
4.3 Free Play to be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for either non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
5. Draw will take place on Sunday 3 March 2024 at 10pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
6. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their Met Card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
7. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
9. The tombola will be cleared after the draw.
10. Four winners will be drawn from the tombola and will each win the following in the order they were drawn: 1 x Valentines Chocolate Hamper, 1 x £100 Free Play, 1 x Champagne Dinner for 2 in James Martin Manchester and 1 x £500 Cash.
11. M Card holders are excluded from participating in the Valentine’s Sweet Surprise promotional activity.
12. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
13. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
15. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
16. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
