Triple Points

1. The promotion will run from 6am on 20 November to midnight on 3 December 2023 and is only open to Ace, King, and Queen Met Card holders.
2. Triple Met Points will be awarded on all gaming during the promotional period.
3. Triple Met Points (2 additional points for every one usually earned) will be awarded.
4. Bonus Met Points are added automatically during the gaming session and normal Met Point terms and conditions apply.
5. Customers must present their Met Card prior to playing on gaming tables or ensure that their card is correctly inserted into the machine for Met Points to be earned.
6. Met Points are automatically issued and cannot be issued retrospectively.
7. Bonus Met Points are not included in Tier calculations.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for Met Card cards being incorrectly inserted into the electronic gaming machine.
9. Where table tracking is applicable, Metropolitan Gaming (MGUK) uses reasonable efforts to track a participant's play; however, as a condition of receiving Met Points for table games play, or other non-electronic games, participants agree that such Met Points are granted based on the personal observation of MGUK employees. The determination of MGUK shall be final with respect to any discrepancies.
10. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
11. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
13. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
14. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
